Jacqueline Lehmann Vogel

Managing Partner

Jacqueline is the founder of Women in Leadership International. Originally from Switzerland, she started her career in  the travel and tourism industry in Europe. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she subsequently established and managed a successful consulting business based in Germany, working with international business leaders to transform their sales and service organisations; create and execute sales and business growth strategies; and develop sales management talent in the financial, consumer, pharma, travel and tourism, aviation, automotive, logistics and technology industry sectors.

What distinguishes Jacqueline from others is that she has gained valuable experience and developed a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by female senior executives in very dynamic, competitive, corporate environments. Jacqueline has held executive leadership positions as a Sales Director, Country General Manager, Managing Director and Region Vice President in Switzerland, Germany, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific and been at the helm of large country subsidiaries for a Fortune 500 company.

Prior to founding Women in Leadership International, Jacqueline developed her executive search experience as a Partner with Boyden Global Executive Search and as a member of their consumer, pharma/healthcare/life sciences, automotive,  and logistics/supply chain practice groups.

As an accomplished female leader of large international teams, Jacqueline has a thorough understanding of the challenges that women leaders face in today’s competitive corporate world. With her experience in international market and business development she offers a unique blend of executive acumen and international client advisory experience which ideally positions her as a leadership and talent advisor for both established and emerging markets.

Leisa Molloy

Partner

Leisa is a Masters-qualified Business Psychologist and the founder of Flourishing Minds Consulting, a boutique organisational and business psychology consulting firm that specialises in providing services in the area of leadership development, talent management, psychometric and behavioural assessment, and organisational development. She has around 14 years of experience working in the Organisational Psychology field, and prior to that held customer-facing and marketing roles in both small businesses and large international organisations.

Leisa is passionate about using her skills and knowledge in a way that helps leaders to more effectively leverage their strengths and maximise their performance, well-being, and productivity within the workplace. Throughout her career she has spent a lot of time facilitating the growth and development of leaders at all levels, across a broad range of industries and within both public and private sector organisations.

Leisa has extensive experience in delivering assessment, feedback, coaching, and career development services to a range of individuals from various organisational sectors and levels, with a large proportion of her work being at the senior leadership and executive level. She holds accreditations and regularly works with a wide range of psychometric tools and assessment methodologies including those that measure cognitive ability, leadership personality, motivation, and emotional intelligence.

Leisa’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Graduate Diploma in Science (Psychology), and Masters of Psychology (Organisational). She is a registered psychologist within Australia and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She also holds a Level One Coaching Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Kerry Rendell

Head of Research and Candidate Engagement

Kerry Rendell heads up the Research and Candidate Engagement function at Women in Leadership International.

Kerry started her executive search career as a research consultant with Boyden Global Executive Search, a leading global search firm. She is also a certified AESC Researcher/Associate and has extensive industry experience identifying and securing senior candidates at board, “C” level, director, and general management levels.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Marketing) and prior to moving into executive search, held management positions with a large, international consumer goods company and a strategic marketing consultancy firm.

Kerry focuses on a targeted research methodology, which includes engaging with the client to develop a comprehensive profile and project brief, defining the target market and approach to identify potential candidates as well as utilising the broader network (industry bodies, client networks, and social media) and latest search technologies and processes to identify candidates and sources. She provides a range of services from talent mapping, qualifying potential candidates to short-listing candidates for clients. Kerry has successfully delivered on a number of national and international, key searches in various sectors such as consumer, consumer health, IT, automotive and mining just to name a few.

Kerry’s main focus is on sourcing and engaging with the most talented candidates best fit for the role, regardless of gender. However, with her knowledge and passion for Women in Leadership she always impresses with a gender balanced, culturally diverse candidate shortlist bringing to the table the best female talent available in the market.
