Jacqueline Lehmann Vogel

Managing Partner

Jacqueline is the founder of Women in Leadership International. As an accomplished female leader of large international teams, Jacqueline has a deep understanding of the challenges that women leaders face in today’s competitive corporate world. With her experience in international markets and business development, she offers a unique blend of executive acumen and international client advisory experience, positioning her as a trusted leadership and talent advisor for both established and emerging markets.

Originally from Switzerland, Jacqueline started her career in the travel and tourism industry in Europe. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she subsequently established and managed a successful consulting business based in Germany. Working with international business leaders she was able to transform sales and operations within these organisations, create and execute sales and business growth strategies as well as developing top sales management talent globally. Jacqueline has expertise in the financial, consumer, pharmaceutical, travel and tourism, aviation, automotive, logistics and technology industry sectors.

What distinguishes Jacqueline from her counterparts is her first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by female senior executives. Jacqueline has held executive leadership positions as a Sales Director, Country General Manager, Managing Director and Regional Vice President. She has worked in Switzerland, Germany, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific and has helmed large country subsidiaries for a Fortune 500 company.

Prior to founding Women in Leadership International, Jacqueline was a Partner with Boyden Global Executive Search, marking her place as a leader in executive search globally.

Leisa Molloy

Partner

Leisa is a Masters-qualified business psychologist and the founder of Flourishing Minds Consulting, a boutique organisational and business psychology consulting firm.  Flourishing Minds Consulting specialises in providing services in the area of leadership development, talent management, psychometric and behavioural assessment, and organisational development. Leisa has 14 years experience working in the organisational psychology field, with a background in customer-facing and marketing roles for both small businesses and large international organisations.

Leisa is passionate about applying her skills and knowledge in a way that helps leaders. Her aim is to more effectively leverage their strengths and maximise their performance, well-being, and productivity within the workplace. Throughout her career she has spent considerable time facilitating the growth and development of leaders at all levels, across a broad range of industries and within both public and private sector organisations.

Leisa has extensive experience in delivering assessment, feedback, coaching, and career development services with a large proportion of her work delivered at the senior leadership and executive level. She holds a number of accreditations and works with a wide range of psychometric tools and assessment methodologies to provide complete analysis to her clients.

Leisa’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Graduate Diploma in Science (Psychology), and Masters of Psychology (Organisational). She is a registered psychologist within Australia and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She also holds a Level One Coaching Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Kerry Rendell

Head of Research and Candidate Engagement

Kerry Rendell heads up the research and candidate engagement function at Women in Leadership International.

Kerry started her executive search career as a research consultant with leading global search firm Boyden Global Executive Search. She is a certified AESC researcher and has extensive industry experience identifying and securing senior candidates. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Marketing) and has held management positions with large, international companies and a strategic marketing consultancy firm.

Kerry’s main focus is on sourcing and engaging the most talented candidates for the role,. Her knowledge and passion for Women in Leadership impresses with her ability to build a gender balanced, culturally diverse candidate shortlist. She always manages to uncover and bring to the table, the best female talent available in the market.
